Subscription Terms

Annual and monthly subscription, renewal, cancellation, and platform billing.

These Subscription Terms apply to paid subscriptions and premium features offered by Floaa. They  supplement the Terms of Use. 

1. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS 

Floaa may offer monthly, annual, free trial, early access, founder pricing, promotional, or other  subscription plans. 

Current planned pricing: 

• Annual plan: $119/year (primary plan) 

• Monthly plan: $14.99/month (secondary plan) 

Annual pricing will be displayed before purchase. 

2. INCLUDED FEATURES 

Paid subscriptions may include access to premium features such as unlimited habits, expanded coaching,  advanced tracking, templates, weekly reviews, reminders, insights, personalization, and other features as  described in the app or at checkout. 

Available features may vary by platform, plan, region, app version, and launch phase. 

3. AUTO-RENEWAL 

Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.  The renewal period, price, and billing details will be shown before purchase through the applicable app  store or payment provider. 

4. BILLING

Billing may be handled by Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, or another payment/subscription provider.  Your purchase may be subject to that provider's terms, policies, taxes, currency conversion, and refund  process. 

5. FREE TRIALS 

If a free trial is offered, you may be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before  the end of the trial period. Trial availability may vary and may be limited to eligible users. 

6. CANCELLATION 

You can cancel through the platform where you purchased: 

• Apple App Store: manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. 

• Google Play: manage subscriptions in your Google Play account settings. 

• Direct web purchase, if offered: manage through the account or billing portal provided at purchase. Deleting the app or deleting your account may not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must  cancel through the billing platform. 

7. REFUNDS 

Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google are handled by Apple or Google. Refunds for  purchases made directly through Floaa, if offered, will be handled according to the refund terms  presented at checkout or our Refund Policy. 

8. PRICE CHANGES 

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If required by law or platform policy, you will be  notified before a price change applies to your subscription. 

9. TAXES 

Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location, platform, and  checkout flow. Taxes may be calculated and collected by the applicable payment provider. 

10. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS 

A subscription provides access to features and services. It does not guarantee specific personal,  professional, business, athletic, financial, health, or productivity results.
