This Privacy Policy explains how EB & Co. Inc., operating as Floaa ("Floaa", "we", "us", or "our"), collects,  uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our website, mobile application,  emails, content, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). 

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

We may collect the following types of information: 

ACCOUNT INFORMATION 

Name, email address, login credentials, profile details, and account preferences. 

Subscription status and product entitlement information. 

APP USAGE AND HABIT INFORMATION 

Goals, habits, check-ins, routines, reflections, progress data, reminders, preferences, and other information  you enter into the app. 

Interactions with coaching features, prompts, recommendations, and app workflows. 

PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION 

Payments and subscriptions may be processed by Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, or another  payment/subscription provider. We may receive limited payment-related information such as subscription  status, renewal status, transaction identifiers, country/region, and plan type. We do not intentionally collect or store full payment card numbers through the Services. 

DEVICE, ANALYTICS, AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION 

We may collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, referring pages, session activity, crash logs, diagnostics, and similar analytics  information. 

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS INFORMATION

If you subscribe to our email list, join a waitlist, request support, or interact with our campaigns, we may  collect your email address, marketing preferences, message history, and engagement data such as opens  and clicks. 

COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Help users create habits, track progress, and receive coaching-style support. 

Process subscriptions, manage entitlements, and provide access to paid features.

Measure product performance, troubleshoot bugs, improve user experience, and develop new features. Analyze marketing performance and improve campaigns. 

Protect the Services, prevent misuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations. 

3. AI AND COACHING FEATURES 

Floaa may use automated or AI-supported features to generate prompts, suggestions, summaries,  coaching-style guidance, or personalized recommendations. Information you enter into the Services may  be used to provide these features, improve your experience, and maintain safety and quality. 

Floaa is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advisory service. Do not use the  Services as a substitute for qualified professional advice. 

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION 

We may share information with: 

Service providers that help us operate the Services, including hosting, analytics, email, customer support,  payments, subscriptions, error monitoring, and marketing tools. 

App stores and payment processors, such as Apple, Google, Stripe, or RevenueCat, to manage purchases,  renewals, and entitlements. 

Professional advisors, including accountants, lawyers, consultants, and insurers. 

Authorities or third parties where required by law, legal process, security needs, fraud prevention, or to  protect rights and safety. 

A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging personal information for money. If we use advertising or analytics technologies that are considered a "sale", "sharing", or targeted  advertising under applicable privacy laws, we will provide any required notices and choices. 

5. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING 

Where required by law, we rely on one or more legal bases to process personal information, including:

Performance of a contract with you. 

Our legitimate interests, such as operating, securing, improving, and marketing the Services. Compliance with legal obligations.

We are based in Canada and may use service providers located in Canada, the United States, the  European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions. Your information may be processed  and stored outside your province, state, or country, where privacy laws may differ.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain  records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and support  legitimate business purposes. 

If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your  account unless retention is required or permitted for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute  resolution, or compliance purposes. 

8. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS 

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to  the processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where  processing is based on consent.

9. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS 

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at  info@floaa.co. We may still send non-marketing messages related to your account, purchases, security, or service updates. 

10. ACCOUNT DELETION

Users can request deletion of their Floaa account and associated personal information by emailing  info@floaa.co with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" or using the in-app account deletion flow  once available. 

11. SECURITY 

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal  information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 

12. CHILDREN AND MINORS 

The Services are not directed to children under 13. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction  should use the Services only with permission from a parent or guardian. 

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES 

The Services may link to third-party websites, app stores, payment processors, or services. We are not  responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. 

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised  "Last updated" date.
